Aishwarya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology (Honours) and is currently pursuing
B.Ed. and Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (DECE) from IGNOU.
She brings experience in early childhood education, with a strong understanding of child
development, classroom management, and creating engaging learning environments.
In her previous role as a Teacher at Vedanya International School, she has been involved in
designing developmentally appropriate learning experiences, facilitating play-based and
experiential activities, and supporting the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth of
young learners.
