A post-graduate in English Literature and an MBA, Ms.Mukta Kulshreshtha comes to Pragyanam with a vast experience in varied fields, including teaching. A hospitality, administration and facility management professional, Mukta has worked in India and abroad with the best brands, like The Oberoi, Taj group, DELL, Pathways, InterContinentals abroad and many more. She has successfully had her workplaces receive the ISO standardization, among other achievements. With a keen eye for detail and passion for perfection, she is part of the opening team of the school. She is in charge of the infrastructure, kitchen, transport, housekeeping, and all other amenities offered by Pragyanam.
With a degree in Management in Marketing and Operations from Chandigarh, Pulkit has a rich and diverse experience in parent relations, counselling and managing various school events. She has previously worked as the Centre Head of a prestigious preschool and has also set up the admissions department in many schools. She is also a successful entrepreneur managing her own cafe.
FRONT OFFICE MANAGER – ADMISSIONS
Monika completed her Diploma in Secretarial Practices and Office Management from Delhi University in 2005 followed by her PGD in Human Resource Managenent in 2008. With an experience of eight years, Monika has worked in different sectors as Front Desk Manager and Customer Care Executive. She started her career with the Oberoi Group of Hotels and later moved to a Real Estate Company. She has previously worked with the Parent Relation Team of Footprints. Monika has joined Pragyanam as Front Desk Manager-Admissions and the Head of Schools’ Office.
