Pragyanam is a new K-12 school in Gurgaon, guided by the Center to Support Excellence in Teaching [CSET] at Stanford University. We are from the same group as Footprints Childcare; founded by IIT-IIM alumni. In the last six years, we have served over 12000 parents, across 80 centres in India. ‘Pragyanam’ which means wisdom or understanding in Sanskrit, has been founded on the core belief that the objective of learning in the 21st century is to raise mindful, conscientious individuals who root for competence over competitiveness and aspire to live a life of happiness and fulfillment. Pragyanam has developed a “No-Limit Curriculum” where subjects are used as a medium to develop life-skills. While the main focus is on developing these life-skills, learning will happen along the way.
ABOUT OUR CULTURE
Our ‘No-Limit Curriculum’ is about children discovering their own ‘No Limitness’. The curriculum will provide a nurturing and stimulating space for children to learn and grow. Operating from a basic premise that every child can achieve whatever s/he wants to; the school environment will provide a stimulating safe space; where each child can discover the innate abilities and grow to be a ‘No limit’ adult. The No-Limit curriculum aims at giving all these opportunities and also partner and empower parents to facilitate the process at home to create an environment, free from the limiting beliefs of ‘limited abilities’; thus, empowering each child to explore and grow.
