Ashish Aggarwal, an accomplished alumnus of IIT Delhi and IIM Calcutta, brings his expertise in safety and engagement to our school. He diligently oversees the security and well-being of every child, implementing robust safety protocols. Additionally, Ashish liaises with educational authorities, including CBSE and the Haryana Education Department, to ensure compliance and excellence in our institution. Motivated by his own child's educational journey, Ashish recognized the need for a transformative approach to education in India. He founded our school with a vision to create an environment that nurtures wise and resilient individuals capable of conquering life's challenges. Ashish's commitment to safety, engagement, and educational excellence shapes the core values of our institution, ensuring a holistic and empowering learning experience for all students.
Purvesh Sharma, a certified life coach and passionate education advocate, plays a pivotal role in enhancing parent engagement and teacher training. He meticulously plans parent engagement processes, fostering strong partnerships between families and the school community. Additionally, Purvesh leads insightful parenting workshops, empowering parents with valuable tools and strategies. His expertise extends to providing comprehensive teacher training in behavioral management techniques. Driven by the desire to bridge the gap between the education system and real-life skills, Purvesh draws inspiration from his own journey as a parent. Witnessing the challenges his son faces in the traditional education system motivated him to create an institution that prioritizes practical knowledge and holistic development. Purvesh's personal commitment to empowering parents, teachers, and students shapes the foundation of our school.
A Seasoned Educator, Amita has over 30 years of experience in education. She has successfully served diverse age groups across well respected brands. She has extensive experience with all age groups of children and has been heading Curriculum and Delivery for India's most loved pre-school chain, Footprints, for the last 10 Years. She is also one of the very few Highscope Curriculum certified trainers in India and a volunteer course-leader with Landmark Education – world’s largest training company.

Akshay Punjabi
As the first employee at Footprints, he played a pivotal role in its expansion and now operates multiple successful franchises. His expertise in scaling education and fostering innovation makes him a driving force behind Pragyanam’s holistic education and student success mission. With over 18 years as a senior leader at Landmark, Akshay Punjabi brings extensive expertise in education, leadership, and personal development. As a Founding Member, he has been instrumental in shaping the institution’s vision and ensuring the seamless execution of its Life Skills Curriculum, which equips students with essential real-world competencies. Under his leadership, Pragyanam has grown to nurture 500+ students in just three years, emphasising holistic education and skill-based learning. As director of operations, Akshay oversees the smooth functioning of the school’s day-to-day administration, infrastructure development, and process optimisation. His hands-on approach ensures that academic excellence, student well-being, and efficient school operations go hand in hand. He plays a key role in policy implementation, technology integration, and parent engagement strategies, creating a structured yet dynamic learning environment. As a violinist and vocal student at Prayag Sangeet Samiti and an internationally ranked tennis player, Akshay’s passion for sports and the arts extends beyond personal interest. Pragyanam’s strong emphasis on academics, music, and athletics reflects his dedication to nurturing creativity, discipline, and excellence. Beyond education, Akshay is an entrepreneur at heart. He founded Wowlet, a startup focused on improving highway toilet facilities, showcasing his commitment to innovation and problem-solving. His entrepreneurial experience translates into helping students develop adaptability, resilience, and leadership skills—key traits for success in an evolving world.

Deepa Nicodemus
Deepa, a holder of an MBA in International Marketing from FORE School of Management, transitioned from business to education. With a master’s degree in education, she brings rich experience from esteemed institutions like The Shriram School, Suncity World School, and Shiv Nadar School, adept in CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE, and IBDP boards. Deepa showcased leadership as Form Lead at The Shriram School, played a key role in establishing the international wing at Suncity World School, and spearheaded activities at Shiv Nadar School. As a Senior Academic Advisor at LEAD School, she guided curriculum teams and empowered educators nationwide, emphasizing inclusive environments and equal opportunities for every student.

Jyotsna Aggarwal
Jyotsna Aggarwal has a rich and diverse experience in teaching. She has worked with both CBSE and IB schools in Gurugram. Before joining Pragyanam, she was working with Lancers in Gurgaon, where she worked as a PYP homeroom tutor. Prior to teaching, she worked as a Banker with one of the leading private sector banks. While raising her own children, she realised the impact of the quality education that schools provide, on students who grow up to be responsible adults. She knew her passion and love for learning will contribute to the lives of children and thus the journey in education sector began. She holds an Electrical Engineering degree and a PGDBA (HRM) degree from Symbiosis Pune. She also holds a B.Ed degree.

Pooja Jhaamb
Pooja is a passionate and accomplished educator with a diverse background in teaching and health. She earned a top 500 rank in the prestigious International Pre-primary Teacher Olympiad, reflecting her expertise in early childhood education. Holding B.Ed. degree and NTT, along with qualifications in Nutrition and Dietetics, Pooja integrates wellness and nutrition into her teaching. Her experience as a Nutritionist with the NHS in the United Kingdom and her teaching tenure at The Shri Ram School have honed her skills in curriculum delivery and classroom management. Certified in Jolly Phonics and International Storytelling, she brings creativity and innovation to early literacy and holistic learning. Pooja’s dedication to nurturing young minds and fostering critical life skills ensures an enriching, well-rounded educational experience for her students, inspiring them to excel academically and develop essential life skills.

Sadhna Sharma is a well-trained Indian classical singer, having done her Masters in Hindustani vocals. With over 15 years of teaching experience and participating in reality shows, she brings her versatility and stage presence to Pragyanam. Sadhna has shared the stage with renowned Bollywood singers and was recognized as the Best Singer by Dr. Kiran Bedi. Recently, she received the “Women Face” award in the Performing Arts sector.
