Sourabh Vashishtha began his career after completing his Diploma and Bachelor’s in Special Education. At MatriKiran School, an ICSE institution, he worked as a Special Educator for two years. Sourabh has experience with neurodiverse children, conducting IEP sessions in Math and Science for elementary to middle school students, and implementing pre-vocational curricula for high school students. Proficient in working with children with ADHD, ASD, LD, ID, and other developmental disabilities, he prepares behavior modification plans and ensures students’ readiness for school. Sourabh also conducts workshops for mainstream facilitators, enhancing their skills in inclusive education.
