Astha brings with her over 6 years of teaching experience across CBSE-affiliated schools, working with learners from Nursery to Class 5. She has a strong understanding of activity-based, experiential and inclusive learning, with a focus on creating engaging and nurturing classroom environments. Her experience includes lesson planning, classroom management, parent engagement, student progress tracking and early identification of developmental and learning needs. She is also familiar with NEP 2020, Foundational Literacy & Numeracy (FLN) and the use of digital teaching tools such as Smart Boards and Google Classroom. Astha holds a B.Ed. from CRSU, Haryana (First Division) and a B.Com. from Delhi University (First Division).
